Doing any prohibited act exposes you to legal liability and Virona's right to take the necessary measures.
Virona has the right to provide a third party to provide the service of buying, selling and displaying for those interested in Virona. Virona does not monitor the third party in what it displays and the third party bears full responsibility for what is displayed by it and the third party bears any violation of non-compliance.

Only legally authorized persons are entitled to conduct sales, purchases and conclude contracts on the Internet in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You must register your name, family name, email address, a valid mobile number, payment details and a correct address in order to be provided with invoices and other required information. You also represent and warrant that all payment details you provide are valid, complete and correct and you confirm that you are the persons referred to in the billing information provided.
The products available on the Website or samples or gifts with purchases are offered to you by Virona for your personal use or as gifts only and you may not sell any products you purchase or otherwise obtain from Virona. There may be a difference in the design of the product received by the customer and the image of it displayed on the Virona website due to a newer design release, but this does not mean that the content of the product is different.
Products offered for sale on the Website are subject to acceptance and availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and cancel the order. All orders are subject to acceptance, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason.
Prices include VAT applicable on the day of order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products. International shipping rates are determined by the number of products added to the cart, and shipping fees increase with each additional product.
Virona delivers products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and your order is expected to arrive within two to seven business days from order confirmation. Cash on Delivery service fees are non-refundable in the event of a return. If no one is available to receive the order, you will have the option to arrange an alternative delivery date or collect the order from the delivery company.
The amount shown on the order is the amount of the products only. Any additional amounts collected by customs after shipment are not subject to Virona.
Our goal at Virona is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. The product can be returned within 24 hours in case of dissatisfaction, and in case the product arrives damaged, it can be replaced or returned.
Refunds for international shipments will be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to cancel the order or return the product, you must notify customer service before the mentioned period has passed. If the order is cancelled after 14 days, a discount coupon will be issued for the same value of the shipment after deducting the shipping fees.
Visa and Apple Pay discounts can be used as an additional discount with discount coupons, offers and discounted products. Other discounts cannot be used with offers and discounted products.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes are made means you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any change, you must immediately stop using the Site.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and Virona. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and all disputes arising out of their enforcement are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom.
