Virona Return and Exchange Policy

At Virona, we are proud to offer a system that ensures our customers complete convenience in returning the requested products. In order to ensure your safety and satisfaction, we explain to you the terms and conditions of exchange and return:

Damaged product:

  • In the event that the product is received damaged, Virona will bear the full shipping costs provided that the product has not been used and remains in its damaged condition.
  • In the event that the product is damaged during use, Virona guarantees to replace the product within the warranty period, provided that the damage is not caused by misuse (such as scratches, breakage, or cuts).

Retrieval

Product in original condition:

  1. If the product is returned undamaged, i.e. in its original condition, and the customer is not satisfied with the product, it can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt for domestic shipments. The return shipping fee is free and only the value of the product will be refunded.
  2. When returning any undamaged product in its original condition and the customer is not satisfied with the product, it can be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. The customer bears the international return shipping fees and it is deducted from the value of the product.
  3. Refunds for international shipments are made within 14 days only from the date of purchase. If the customer wishes to cancel the order or return the product, customer service must be notified before the mentioned period is exceeded.
  4. In the event that the order for international shipments is cancelled by the customer or the product is returned after exceeding 14 days from the date of purchase, a fixed discount coupon will be made for the customer for the same value of the shipment after deducting the return shipping fees, and he can re-order again.
  5. Returned products must be in their original condition, intact, new and in their original packaging.
  6. The return policy is sent and the customer delivers the policy with the products to the nearest branch of our approved shipping company, so that the products can be returned to our warehouses and the return procedures can be completed.
  7. Order shipping fees are non-refundable in case of return.
  8. Cash on Delivery service fees are non-refundable upon return.

The specified period for replacement and return

  1. Virona allows you to return the product in its original condition within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
  2. If your order was paid for by credit card or bank transfer, you can return the products to Virona. After the product arrives to us and we check its condition, the amount will be refunded. The refund process to your bank account may take 14 business days if the payment was by bank or receipt, and if the payment was by credit card, the refund process takes 20 days.
  3. In order to preserve the rights of our valued customers, we would like to inform you that if the order is cancelled by the customer or the customer wishes to refuse to receive the shipment, the amount will be refunded for the returned order within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the return from the shipping company.
