Local Shipping Policy
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Preparation time: 0-1 days (Monday - Friday)
Shipping time: 4-6 days (Monday - Friday)

Confirm shipment and track order

Damages
Virona is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged merchandise before filing a claim.
Item not received
Customers can contact us via email if they do not receive the item. We will contact the shipping department and delivery agent to know the status of the product.
Change address

Wrong address
If products are returned to us due to an incorrect mailing address being entered during checkout, you will be responsible for paying all additional shipping charges associated with re-sending the item.
